How do I get the files?

Checkout is handled by Stripe. After a successful payment you will be redirected to a thank you page on damgoodhire.com with a big "Download the toolkit (ZIP)" button. You will also receive an email receipt from Stripe. If you ever lose the files, email support@damgoodhire.com from the same address you used at checkout and I can resend a fresh link.

What software do I need?

Word/DOCX, PDF reader, and Excel (or any app that opens XLSX/CSV). The macro version of the tracker needs Microsoft 365 desktop Excel.

Can I share the files?

Personal use license; please do not redistribute or resell.

Refunds?
