Refund Policy

Dax cares about fair outcomes. We sell digital downloads that are delivered right away. This policy protects honest buyers and keeps the pond safe from abuse.
Eligibility window
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Send requests from your order email to support@damgoodhire.com.
Approved refund cases
- Duplicate purchase: same product purchased twice within 48 hours. We refund the second order minus non-refundable processing fees, unless a platform error caused the duplicate, in which case we refund in full.
- Technical issue we cannot resolve: if the files cannot be opened with current versions of common software (for example Word, Excel, a PDF reader) and we cannot provide a working copy within 48 hours of your email, we refund in full.
- Accidental purchase with no downloads: if download count is zero in our logs and you contact us within 24 hours, we refund minus non-refundable processing fees.
- Not as described with light use: if the product materially differs from the description, we may refund minus non-refundable processing fees after a short explanation and confirmation that you will delete the files.
Not refundable
- Requests after 7 days.
- Changed my mind after significant use or after all files were downloaded.
- Outcome-based reasons such as not getting an interview or job.
- Repeated refund requests that indicate abuse or fraud.
- Unauthorized use of a payment method. Please contact your bank or card issuer.
- Using software that does not support Excel macros for the
.xlsm tracker when the non-macro
XLSX/CSV tracker files work as described.
Payment processing fees
Most processors, including Stripe, do not return transaction fees when a charge is refunded. Unless the problem is a platform error or a confirmed defect in our files, approved refunds are the purchase price minus non-refundable processing fees.
Marketplace purchases
If you bought on Gumroad, Payhip, Ko-fi, or Etsy, please use that platform's refund flow. We honor this policy within what each platform allows.
How to request
- Email support@damgoodhire.com from your order email.
- Include your receipt and a brief reason such as duplicate, technical issue, or not as described.
- We may ask you to confirm deletion of the files and we may revoke download links.
We review requests promptly and process approved refunds in an appropriate amount of time.
